Net1.net, founded in 1995, is the parent company of a number of internet service provider companies (DSL and dial-up) and web hosting companies. Subsidiaries include Trip.net (ISP) and DIYHosting.com (web-hosting) among many others.

With five offices from Maine to Texas, Net1 prides itself on superior customer service. To that end, our email response time averages less than 20 minutes. Phone support is quickly answered by true caring internet professionals who are knowledgeable and courteous.

Net1 sends thousands of surveys to its customers each week. Every survey response is reviewed by management. Customers receive a phone call for any survey scored under an 8 (scale: 1-10).

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
